HEY! I’M ZAINAB
Hello! I am Zainab Ghadiyali. I am 23 years old and I live in Nagpur, India.
I am BCOM graduated in Computer Application from Tirpude Institute of Management Nagpur. I formally trained in Level 2 Diploma in Food Preparation and Culinary Arts – Patisserie , where I learned the science behind baking, precision techquines and the importance of presentation. I have worked on dessert platting, cake decoration, and mastering different varieties of tarts and brownies.
But beyond certifications and skills, what truly shaped me was practice, repeating recipes until they were perfect, handling bulk orders with responsibilities and learning that consistency is what build trust.
I created this blog because I wanted a place to share my emotions more than just a pictures.
Baking for me is not just flour, butter and chocolate, It’s about comfort. There were days when I didn’t know what I was building. I just knew I felt peace when chocolate melted in a bowl and the smell of fresh brownies filled my kitchen. I have burnt batches, I have stayed up till 3 AM for bulk orders, I have doubted myself but I never stopped because when a customer says” They just melted in the mouth”. It makes every second worth it and then I started posting pictures and videos on Instagram and surprisingly got a great response. That’s where baked Belle was born.
The Baked Belle is more than a baking page -It a Journey of passion, growth and handcrafted excellence. Here, I will share the real stories behind my brownies, the experiments, the lessons, and the dedication that goes into every batch.
